Car Rental

Located way out of the city, Melbourne airport is home to all major car rental outlets and a great place to pick up a hire car. To get to the city in a cab will cost you around $50 AUD, the only other option is to get a bus, which costs about $20 per person and will drop you  in the CBD. Of course you can pick up a hire car at one of the many outlets in Melbourne but if you pick up your rental car at Melbourne airport you can drive yourself into the city or you could begin your travels around Victoria without delay.
