- Car rental coupons that are not shown on our site cannot be matched.
- Corporate rates: These are individually negotiated by the rental companies and businesses. We are unable to find out the rate offered to each company. The rates are typically off a rack rate. If booking months in advance they may save you money, depending on the discount, but typically they do not save you anything near what can be saved if you are willing to compare the prices on offer from all the companies.
One point of confusion is that each site displays its prices differently on the results page. You'll notice a big price change when you go to the booking page and it either adds in taxes and fees, and/or they are only showing a daily rate so that you get to the booking page and they finally multiply the rate shown by the number of days hire. The ACCC has cracked down on this misleading advertising and provides a useful guide for car rentals.
