J.D. Power and Associates announced the top winners in its annual Rental Car Satisfaction Study for quality customer service. Among the top four were Enterprise Rent-A-Car in first for the seventh consecutive year, National Car Rental following closely behind in second, and Alamo Rent A Car in fourth place. This marks the third year in a row that all three car rental companies have finished within the top four of the study. All four companies are owned by Enterprise Holdings.

The 2010 edition of the Rental Car Satisfaction Study queried nearly 12,000 personal and business travellers who have booked car rentals from North American airports. Once again as in the six previous years, Enterprise Rent-A-Car received the highest marks in all six categories, including costs and fees, pick-up process, rental car quality, return procedures, reservation process, and shuttle bus/van quality of service.
Andrew C. Taylor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Holdings, cited the company's commitment to continued improvement of their facilities, replenishment of their fleet with newer cars, auditing procedures, and general openness to the sustained success of its individual brands.
